1. Introduction

1.1 This competition is organized by Popcorn Paws, a wholly owned brand of Novestrum, a UK limited company with a registered address at Seven, Grange Lane, Northampton, NN6 9AP United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over.

2.2 Employees of Novestrum, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1 The competition will run from 08:00 on 1st October 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on 31st October 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

3.2 All competition entries must be received by Popcorn Paws by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.

3.4 To enter the competition, you must provide your first name and email address.

4. The Prize

4.1 The prize is a six-month supply of Popcorn Paws dog treats, consisting of 18 x 120g tubs of Popcorn Paws dog treats (6x 'Tranquil Tails', 6 x 'Belly Booster', and 6 x 'Doggy Dazzler').

4.2 The prize includes delivery to a registered address in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, or Northern Ireland.

4.3 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

4.4 Popcorn Paws reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Popcorn Paws' control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1 One winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on or before 30th November 2024.

5.2 The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) by 30th November2024.

5.3 If a winner does not respond to Popcorn Paws within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Popcorn Paws will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

6.1 Popcorn Paws will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy-policy.

6.2 All data collected will be stored and managed in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

6.3 By entering the competition, you agree to being contacted occasionally by Popcorn Paws with offers and promotions.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Popcorn Paws, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Popcorn Paws, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. General

8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Popcorn Paws may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

8.2 Popcorn Paws reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

8.3 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
